How do I book a Torque Lab appointment?
Use the booking form on the Torque Lab homepage or call 647-505-3516. Enter your vehicle, requested service, preferred date and time, and relevant build details. The shop will contact you to confirm availability.
Is the appointment confirmed when I submit the form?
No. The form sends an appointment request. Torque Lab reviews the details and contacts you before the requested date and time are confirmed.
Can I bring parts that I purchased elsewhere?
Torque Lab installs compatible customer-supplied parts. Send the vehicle details, brand, part number, and a product link or photos so fitment and installation requirements can be reviewed first.
Do you only serve customers in North York?
No. The North York shop serves local customers from Toronto and the GTA for in-person work. Torque Lab also manufactures exhaust systems for shipping to eligible customers across Canada.
